    We do not accept checks, drafts, or money orders for orders submitted through the website.  If you would like to place an order and pay via a payment method other than major credit card, please call us and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.  

    Alternatively, we are happy to receive orders via e-mail to info@wildernesspoets.com though please note that orders will neither be fulfilled nor shipped until cleared funds are received.  Cashier’s checks, personal checks and money orders are to be payable to Wilderness Poets LLC and should be mailed to:

    We do accept major credit cards.  You will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from our merchant account provider, otherwise known as “charge-backs.”

    Safe Shopping & Security
    Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges on your credit card.  If your bank does hold you liable for up to $50 for purchases made fraudulently at the website, we will reimburse you the full amount charged by your bank, but only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own for purchases made at the website. Check with your bank for more information about its policies regarding fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you may have to notify your bank or credit card provider or otherwise fulfill certain conditions of your agreement with them.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • In order to make the purchasing process easier for our customers, we offer free shipping for orders destined for delivery in North America for orders more than $50.00.  Any orders under the $75.00 threshold will be subject to a minimum $7.99 fee for shipping and handling.

    We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping and therefore you must supply us with an address that can accept parcels – we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes unless confirmed ahead of time.  

    Though we cannot guarantee shipping durations, we pledge to fulfill all orders within 24 hrs of receipt and send via the most efficient and economic means possible.  

    Our free shipping policy does not apply to international destinations beyond the US and Canada.  International shipping rates will be determined during the process of order fulfillment and will be based on destination and order size.  If you would like to place an order destined for a delivery beyond the US and Canada, please call us to arrange payment and clarify shipping charges.  The recipient of the package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs and Excise.  All items entering a foreign country (including Canada) are subject to Customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.  If duty and tax is assessed on a package, the payments to satisfy such charges are to be borne by the recipient.  WP is not responsible for such payments and cannot estimate potential levies for the purchaser.
