Our Vanilla Powder is made from whole, raw, organic vanilla beans, sun dried and pulverized to a fine powder. It lasts indefinitely and some say, gets better with age. All vanilla beans are cured using a natural fermentation process. 

This intense Vanilla is stronger than most extracts. It is undiluted, unadulterated vanilla with no alcohol or sugar added.  It does not dissipate in cooking. It is the key ingredient for cooked or raw desserts, not to mention Chocolate!  Vanilla vines can actually grow on Chocolate trees. Try it in hot chocolate or in tea.
